Chicken Fajitas

2 lbs of boneless, skinless chicken, sliced thinly
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 red pepper, thinly sliced
1 green pepper, thinly sliced
2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 Tb fresh lime juice
corn tortillas

In a heated skillet, brown the chicken.  Then add spices, broth and lime juice and reduce heat and simmer for about 5 minutes.

In another skillet, pour in olive oil and cook onion and peppers until just tender.

I like to use one corn tortillas, a LOAD of the vegetables and 4 oz of chicken.
