adapted from Set For Life
3/4 cup applesauce, no sugar added
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 cups canned pumpkin
3 cups whole wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp ginger
1 cup raisins or chocolate chips
Mix it all together. Stir in chocolate chips or raisins. Bake on a cookie sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.
