Power Yogurt


adapted from The Abs Diet 6-Minute Meals for 6-Pack Abs

1 cup vanilla low fat yogurt
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup Fiber One cereal
1/2 cup fresh blackberries
2 Tb slivered almonds

Just mix the yogurt and protein powder together in a bowl, then add all the fixin's! Wowee. This is yum!
