adapted from April
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 cup applesauce
1 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
Mix it all together and pour it in a 9x13 pan that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 mintues.
24 bars at 110 calories each.
