Healthy Banana Bread

Adapted from my sister-in-law, Laura’s, recipe

½ cup unsweetened applesauce
1 cup low fat, low sugar yogurt (any flavor)
2 cups sugar
5 eggs
3 tsp vanilla
6 cups whole wheat flour
3 tsp baking soda
3 tsp baking powder
1 ½ tsp salt
6 large, overripe bananas

Dump in all ingredients except the bananas. Mix well. Add bananas. Mix until blended.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

Makes 3 large loaves.
